BEST Caramel® Munich II sits in the middle of the BEST Caramel® Munich range in terms of colour. Besides a darker colour, the beer gets more aroma reminiscent of almond and bread crust, with a subtle roasted character. The 25 kg sack suits breweries and anyone who uses a lot of this malt.

What is the difference between Caramel Munich I, II and III?
The colour increases from I (81–100 EBC) through II (110–130 EBC) to III (131–200 EBC). As the colour gets darker, the notes of almond, bread crust and toasted bread become more pronounced.
Is BEST Caramel Munich II available in smaller quantities?
