BEST Chit Malt 25 kg – functional malt for better foam
BEST Chit Malt is a functional malt used in the mash to improve the foam. This lightly modified barley malt has a high content of high-molecular protein compared with pilsner malt and can compensate for very highly modified malts. The 25 kg sack suits breweries and anyone who uses a lot of this malt.
