BEST Red X Malt 25kg (28-32 EBC) - Bestmalz

BEST Red X® has become synonymous with reddish-colored beers. You can use up to 100% of this, ready for use without the addition of further malt. BEST Red X®, with the highest possible process reliability and optimal workability, ensures that reproducibly bright beers with intense red colors can be brewed. The malt was designed for beers at 12 Plato. For stronger beers, some BEST Pilsener malt should be added proportionally to return to the red range.

Usage: Up to 100%. For all reddish beers, e.g., various types of ale, Altbier Dunkel, and wheat beer.
