BEST Spelt Malt 25 kg – spelt malt for spelt beers and better foam
BEST Spelt Malt is used for typical strong, top-fermented spelt beers. In multigrain beers it also improves foam stability and haze stability. Spelt is an ancient grain, and this spelt is grown and processed in only a few regions of southern Germany.

How to order
The malt comes in 25 kg sacks. A full pallet holds 32 sacks, and on request we can supply big bags of 500–1000 kg. If you need smaller amounts, BEST Spelt Malt is also sold per 100 g.
