Blichmann QuickCarb – carbonation system for Cornelius kegs
QuickCarb from Blichmann Engineering carbonates the beer in a 19, 20 or 23 litre Cornelius keg in about one hour, with no risk of overcarbonation. The system uses a circulation pump and a carbonation stone. The beer is pumped around while CO2 is added through the stone. It is the same principle many large breweries use to carbonate beer.
