Candimic Dark-73 Candy Syrup – 500g
Belgian candi syrup with high fermentability and a balanced flavor of caramel and toffee.
Candimic Dark-73 is a dark candi syrup developed for brewing classic Belgian beer styles. With a color of 225 EBC and 100% fermentable solids, it provides both alcohol strength and depth without making the beer sweet. The syrup is produced in Belgium by Belgosuc, and is made from sugar beets – an authentic raw material in Belgian brewing tradition.
Taste and aroma – milder dark notes
This syrup imparts delicate flavors of toffee, caramel, and dried fruit, with a round and balanced character. Compared to darker candi syrups, Candimic Dark-73 has a milder and more caramel-driven profile, providing complexity without dominating. It is therefore perfect for beers where dark depth is desired without a burnt character.

Storage and handling
The syrup comes in a 500g bottle. Store dry in original packaging, preferably above 10°C to prevent crystallization. Gently warm if needed for easier handling.
