20L Cornelius Keg from AEB
Brewshop is the Norwegian distributor of original Cornelius kegs from AEB, Italy. The unique 20L Cornelius kegs are specially developed for Brewshop, and hold one extra precious liter of craft beer.

AEB is known for the superior quality of its Cornelius kegs, manufactured in Italy for companies such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi worldwide for over 30 years.
All kegs from AEB are passivated to make the steel resistant to corrosion and chemical attack, and individually inspected at every stage during production, cleaned, and pressure tested to 130 PSI / 9.1 bar. Each keg has a unique serial number and is traceable down to the smallest detail during production.
AEB kegs have more rubber on both the top and bottom, which provides better protection for the steel in case of a fall, unlike Chinese kegs (e.g. Kegland) with less rubber. With a diameter of 219 mm (+/- 2 mm), including the extra layer of rubber, AEB kegs offer increased durability and reliability – an investment in quality for your home brewery!

Maintenance recommendations:
The use of Star San and similar acid-based rinses containing phosphoric acid, even in low concentrations, can over time negatively affect the steel if left in contact with it. This continues to etch the surface, weakening the passivation layer that protects the steel. The acid-based solution can be stored in the keg for a few hours, but then you should rinse with clean water.
Cornelius kegs make the job easier and more fun
Time to stop with bottles, which involve a tedious process of washing and filling, and often result in varying carbonation? Everything becomes so much simpler with kegs! You only have to wash one Cornelius keg instead of many bottles, and it's easy to achieve perfect carbonation for every brew. If the carbonation is wrong, it's easy to adjust by either reducing or increasing the pressure. Cornelius kegs are also very easy to clean, especially with a Keg Washer that does the job for you while you can focus on more fun things. The Cornelius keg can be filled directly from the fermenter without first racking. Feel free to use a Bouncer Filter on the hose, to prevent a lot of sediment from transferring into the keg.
