Drip tray 50 x 18 cm with glass rinser – Krome Dispense

Drip tray in brushed 304 stainless steel from Krome Dispense, with an integrated glass rinser and drain. The rinser flushes the glass with cold water before pouring. The tray comes complete with a 1.5 m hose (3/8" outer diameter) and a 1/2" BSP fitting for connecting to the water supply.

Rinser water inlet installation

• Always check local plumbing codes before installation.
• Use regular cold water only. Hot water is not recommended for the rinser.
• Install an in-line water pressure regulator on the supply, set to no more than 15 PSI (approx. 1 bar).
• Install an in-line one-way check valve on the water supply. It prevents pressure drops that can cause leaks.
• Install an in-line shut-off for the rinser. Turn it off when the rinser is not used for longer periods, such as overnight and on days off.
• If the line is not hard-plumbed into the system, also install a shut-off on the water supply.

Frequently asked questions about the drip tray with glass rinser

How is the glass rinser connected to water?

With the included 1.5 m hose (3/8" outer diameter) and the 1/2" BSP fitting. The supply pressure must be regulated down to no more than 15 PSI, approx. 1 bar.

Can I use hot water in the rinser?

No, the rinser is made for regular cold water. Hot water is not recommended.

Should the water be shut off when the bar is not in use?

Yes. Fit a shut-off valve and turn off the rinser supply when it is not used for longer periods, such as overnight.
