The Duofiller is an automatic can filler that purges and fills cans to the same fill level every time. It's perfect for advanced homebrewers and small breweries who want to simplify their canning process compared to manual filling methods. With the Duofiller, canning is efficient, tidy, and minimizes waste. Featuring two filling heads, it's designed so that one can is filled while the lid of the other is seamed, allowing it to be easily operated by one person. It can be used for both carbonated and uncarbonated beer.

The third generation Duofiller is more than twice as fast as the first generation, at 1 bar in the keg.

It's easy to operate: press the button and the Duofiller will start purging the can with CO2. This displaces oxygen in the can to minimize contact time between beer and oxygen. The purge time is adjustable between 0-10 seconds. After purging, it will automatically start filling the can. A sensor monitors the fill level and stops filling when the pre-programmed level is reached. The sensor detects the liquid level with millimeter precision, ensuring the fill level is consistent every time, even regardless of how much foam is on top of the liquid in the can.

Tests show that beer canned with the Duofiller has a very low oxygen content and thus a good shelf life.

The Duofiller is very easily programmed in advance, and you can also easily fine-tune the fill volume during operation. It can be used for all types of standard cans: 0.33 – 0.4 – 0.5 liters. With the G3, you can also fill almost all types of bottles up to 500ml (you must hold the bottle while filling).

Included in the box:

• Hose set with 2x2.5m 3/16" John Guest type filling hose, designed for normally carbonated beverages. Also included are 2x 3/16" filling hoses with a slightly smaller inner diameter, for use with highly carbonated beverages.
• 12V power supply for Norwegian sockets.

You also need:

• Standard ball lock quick disconnect for kegs, with 1/4" MFL threads, for connection to the beer hose.
• CO2 hose (3/16" OD) and a separate CO2 regulator for purging (must be able to provide approx. 0.1-0.2 bar). If you don't have a dedicated regulator for this purpose, you can also use a splitter to divide the CO2 hose into two lines, and connect an inline regulator to adjust the pressure to the Duofiller.

With Duofiller, canning goes away efficiently and neatly, and with minimum waste. With two filling heads, it is intended to fill the first can while the lid of the other is seamed and therefore it can easily be operated by one person alone.

It´s easy to operate, just press the button and Duofiller will start by purging the can with CO2. This is to displace the oxygen so that the contact time between beer and oxygen is minimized. After purging, it will automatically start to fill the can. A sensor monitors the fill level and stops filling when the pre-programmed level is reached. The sensor detects the liquid level millimeter-precisely so that the fill level is the same every time regardless of how much foam is on top of the liquid.

You need (not included):

• Standard ball lock corny keg quick disconnect with 1/4" MFL threads to use with the beer hose
• CO2 tubing of prefered length (OD 3/16")
• Separate CO2 regulator for purge gas, must be able to feed 0.1-0.2 bar to the filler. If you do not have a dedicated regulator for this purpose, you can also use a splitter to divide the CO2 hose into two lines, and connect an inline regulator to adjust the pressure to the Duofiller.
• If you can´t use EU plug power supply you will need a suitable power plug adapter
