EAT ME Clear is a 100 % edible glitter that gives beer, cider, hard seltzer and cocktails a sparkling silver shimmer. The glitter has no colour, so the drink keeps its natural colour, and it has no taste or smell. It looks especially good in dark beer. The glitter can also be used to decorate cakes and baked goods.
The 150 ml (45 g) container is intended for restaurants and bars, and is enough for more than 150 drinks.
How to use the glitter
Fill the tip of a small teaspoon with glitter and stir it into the glass or sprinkle it on top. You can also add the glitter when bottling or canning, so it is ready to impress when the beer is poured.
