El Dorado hop pellets 5 kg – tropical, sweet aroma hop
El Dorado is an American hop developed by CLS Farms in Moxee in the Yakima Valley. The variety has neomexicanus genetics, a high oil content and a sweet, fruity profile reminiscent of hard candy, with watermelon, tropical fruit and stone fruit. It pairs well with other fruit-forward varieties. The 5 kg pack suits breweries and large batches.

Storage
The hops are vacuum-packed and stored in a freezer room at -18 °C. Keep them cold, dark and airtight, preferably in the freezer. Stored this way they keep for a long time, including older crop years. Once opened, divide the hops into airtight bags, ideally vacuum-sealed, and return them to the freezer.
