EnoBeer FCTB60 2000 L – insulated conical pressure tank for 3 bar
EnoBeer FCTB60 2000L is a professional, insulated conical pressure tank for fermenting, conditioning and storing beer under pressure. The tank has a working volume of 2000 litres, is built for up to 3 bar working pressure and is PED certified. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel by the Italian manufacturer EnoBeer.

The cylinder and bottom are insulated, giving stable temperature control during fermentation and conditioning. The tank is made to order, and the price is available on request. Contact us for a quote.

What pressure can the tank handle?
Max working pressure is 3 bar. The tank is made for fermenting, conditioning and storing beer under pressure, and has a spunding valve, safety valve and vacuum valve.
Why is the total volume larger than the working volume?
The tank holds approx. 2500 litres in total, against a working volume of 2000 litres. The extra space at the top leaves room for foam during fermentation.
How is the tank cleaned?
The tank has an integrated CIP system with spray ball, so it can be cleaned without opening it. The Ø400 mm manway gives access for inspection and maintenance.
