FermFlex Mobile-S – portable temperature controller with solenoid valve
The FermFlex Mobile-S from Quantor controls the temperature of one fermentation tank by regulating the cooling water with a solenoid valve. The controller needs no fixed installation and can quickly be moved from tank to tank, even to tanks in hard-to-reach corners of the cellar. It connects directly to flexible water hoses, so the tank can be controlled straight away.

Software and remote control
Through the bus system, the controllers on each tank can be linked to an office PC. The Ferm-VinInfo software from Kreyer lets you control, monitor and document fermentation, with secure remote access over the internet from a phone, tablet or laptop.

How does the FermFlex Mobile-S control temperature?
The controller opens and closes a solenoid valve that lets coolant through the tank's cooling jacket or coil, so the tank holds the set temperature.

Yes. It can be set to cooling, heating, cooling and heating, display only or off.
Can I move it between tanks?
Yes. The FermFlex Mobile-S needs no fixed installation. It hangs on the tank with the integrated hook and connects with flexible hoses.
