FOB Detector from Krome Dispense – foam detector for beer lines
The FOB Detector (Foam-On-Beer Detector) from Krome Dispense is a foam trap fitted in the beer line between keg and tap. When the keg runs empty, the unit shuts off the beer flow instantly but keeps the line full of beer. You can therefore connect a new keg without pouring away large amounts of foam, and the first glass from the new keg is clear and clean.
The FOB suits bars and dispensing systems with high volumes and long lines, but also homebrewers who want to avoid the last glass from the keg being full of foam and sediment.
