Description
Fresh Wort Party Pack: 40L Summer Kölsch
The Fresh Wort Party Pack: 40L Summer Kölsch is a carefully put-together package for those who want to brew beer for larger events such as weddings, summer parties, anniversaries or garden parties. You get everything you need to brew and bottle your own beer, in one complete solution.
Summer Kölsch is a pale, crisp and refreshing beer that is perfect for warm summer days and a wide audience. Its flavour is close to a pilsner, but it is fermented at normal ale temperatures of around 18 °C, which makes it much easier to get right.
With this party pack you get 2 × 20 litres of ready-brewed wort, professionally produced and ready for fermentation. The wort is brewed by Austmann Bryggeri. You skip long brew days, mashing and boiling. Sanitize the fermenter, transfer the wort, add yeast and let time do the work.
Perfect for weddings, summer parties and larger events
This pack is put together for those who want to brew beer for a special occasion. Whether you want to serve your own beer at a wedding, summer party, company event or garden party, the pack gives you about 120 bottles of 0.33 litres of easy-drinking quality beer with minimal effort.
The result is a beer that "everyone likes", and that works just as well on its own as with barbecue, seafood and light summer dishes. The next time you brew for a party, all you need is new Fresh Wort Kits.
