Galaxy is an Australian aroma hop from Hop Products Australia (HPA), developed from Perle and Australian breeding material. The variety is known for an intense tropical fruit aroma of passion fruit, peach and citrus. It is often used in IPA, pale ale and other hop-driven beers where fruitiness takes centre stage, and pairs well with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. The 5 kg pack suits breweries and large batches.

Storage
The hops are vacuum-packed and stored in a freezer room at -18 °C. Keep them cold, dark and airtight, preferably in the freezer. Stored this way they keep for a long time, including older crop years. Once opened, divide the hops into airtight bags, ideally vacuum-sealed, and return them to the freezer.
