The Grainfather Conical Fermenter Pro has built-in wireless control, allowing you to control and monitor fermentation from anywhere! The tank also has an integrated heating element and cooling jacket to provide optimal temperature control during fermentation.

The Conical Fermenter Pro gives brewers more flexibility and freedom during fermentation than ever before! Connect the built-in wireless controller to the internet and the Grainfather app, add fermentation tracking devices such as Tilt and Plaato, and control/monitor fermentation from anywhere.

The Conical Fermenter Pro allows you to dump yeast, take samples, and transfer wort via an innovative dual-function valve design. Use it with the Grainfather Glycol Chiller *** and get full control over both heating and cooling of the fermenter.

Features:

Double Walled: The tank is constructed from double-walled stainless steel and is filled with a thick layer of polyurethane foam for insulation. This keeps the wort at a constant and stable temperature with minimal impact from external environmental changes.

Integrated gentle heating: A 30W, 12V heating element sits in the cavity of the fermenter between the outer body and the conical bottom. Unlike standard heating elements/sources that directly heat the liquid, this heat source is designed to heat the space between the walls of the fermenter, which in turn heats the liquid. The tank acts as an artificial environment that can be heated, meaning the temperature is increased in a uniform and controlled manner, which is optimal for the yeast.

Integrated cooling jacket: The stainless steel cooling jacket sits between the tank's double walls. When connected to the Grainfather Glycol Chiller (sold separately), coolant runs through this cooling jacket and cools the beer in the tank. As the cooling jacket is integrated into the walls, no cleaning or sanitizing is required.

Hassle-free cleaning: The Grainfather Conical Fermenter Pro has a smooth interior without accessories such as cooling coils or sampling valves. This makes cleaning easy and minimizes the risk of infection.

Golden Angle Conical: The conical shape of the fermenter is typical for professional breweries. The cone is designed with a 'Golden Angle' of 60º. This is the optimal angle for yeast and sediment to fall to the bottom of the cone without sticking to the sides.

Dual Valve Tap: An all-in-one valve makes the process of yeast dumping, transfer, and sampling easy. Sampling and transfer are done through an inlet above the sediment line, providing clear, sediment-free beer.

Conical Fermenter Pro Controller: With the built-in wireless controller, you can connect it to the internet and the Grainfather App, add fermentation tracking devices such as Tilt and Plaato, and control/monitor fermentation from anywhere. Set the temperature precisely and even add a temperature schedule/profile. You can store up to four profiles, with five individual steps.
