Harlequin hop pellets 5 kg – British hop with tropical fruit
Harlequin is a newer British hop variety from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme, released in 2019. It is a daughter of Godiva and a granddaughter of Jester. Harlequin is an intense hop with big fruit flavours such as passion fruit, peach and pineapple, and excels in late additions, whirlpool and dry hopping. The 5 kg pack suits breweries and large batches.

Typical values for the variety are taken from Yakima Valley Hops. Alpha and oil content vary from year to year, so calculate bitterness from the alpha acid in the product title.
Storage
The hops are vacuum-packed and stored in a freezer room at -18 °C. Keep them cold, dark and airtight, preferably in the freezer. Stored this way they keep for a long time, including older crop years. Once opened, divide the hops into airtight bags, ideally vacuum-sealed, and return them to the freezer.
