The HOT WOK PRO is a 12 kW gas burner for outdoor use, supplied with a wok pan and gas kit. The high output delivers the intense heat needed to stir-fry meat and vegetables the way Asian restaurant kitchens do. The burner is also suitable for soups, stews and deep-frying.
The burner has three separate valves, so you can direct the heat under the base, up the sides or across the whole wok. It comes with a 30 cm round-bottomed wok in 1.5 mm carbon steel with wooden handles, and a gas kit with regulator and hose. The burner is CE approved and intended for outdoor use.
