Dried elderflower from Handcraft Supplies adds flavour and aroma when brewing beer, and can also be used in other homemade drinks. Elderflower gives a fresh, floral character and is often used in pale, light beers.
Dried flowers and herbs are usually added towards the end of the boil or to the fermenter after primary fermentation, in the same way as hops. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
