This Fresh Wort Kit contains premium wort, for brewing a powerful yet velvety Imperial Stout with complex roasted malt aromas and a rich, full-bodied character with notes of chocolate and coffee. Here you get 20 liters of professionally brewed wort from Austmann Bryggeri, ready for fermentation. No water needs to be added.

Enjoy tempered in a well-shaped glass. Preferably alone with a good book, on a dark, cold evening.

Our Fresh Wort Kits contain 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Bryggeri, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the goal of providing our customers with the absolute highest quality to produce a perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled into Bag In Box using a high-tech filling machine. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort. The wort is 100% ready for use, and clarifying agent and yeast nutrient have been added during boiling. You do not need to top up with water, so simply pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
