Shut-off valve from John Guest for tubing with an 8 mm (5/16") outer diameter. The valve has push-fit connectors at both ends, so the tubing simply pushes in. It lets you shut off gas or liquid in the line, for example on the gas line to a keg or on a beer line, without disconnecting the tubing.
