John Guest adapter F 1/2" BSP to 5/16" – push-fit adapter
Adapter from John Guest with a 1/2" BSP female thread at one end and a push-fit connection for 5/16" outside diameter tubing at the other. It screws onto a 1/2" BSP male thread, so you can connect 5/16" tubing without hose clamps. John Guest push-fit fittings are made for quick, secure and leak-free connection of tubing for both liquid and gas under pressure.

How do I connect the tubing?
Cut the tubing square and push it into the fitting until it stops. To release it, press in the collet and pull the tubing out. If it leaks, cut a fresh end and reconnect.
Which tubing fits?
Tubing with a 5/16" outside diameter, for example the LLDPE beer/air tubing 5/16" OD.
Can the fitting handle Star San?
Acid-based products can make plastic parts in the fitting brittle over time. Rinse John Guest fittings with water after using Star San.
