John Guest Tube to Hose Stem 1/4" - 1/4" – from push-fit to hose
The John Guest Tube to Hose Stem 1/4" - 1/4" is an adapter between the John Guest system and ordinary hose. One end is a stem with a 1/4" outer diameter that pushes straight into a 1/4" John Guest push-fit fitting. The other end is a hose barb for hose with a 1/4" (6.3 mm) inner diameter. Use it when you want to connect an ordinary beer or gas hose to a setup with John Guest fittings.

How do I connect the stem to a John Guest fitting?
Push the stem fully into a 1/4" push-fit fitting until it stops, then pull gently to check that it is seated. To release it, press in the collet on the fitting and pull the stem out.
Which hose fits the hose barb?
Hose with a 1/4" (6.3 mm) inner diameter. A hose clamp is a good idea to secure the hose when the system is under pressure.
