Lactose is milk sugar that beer yeast does not fully ferment. It adds sweetness and body, and is used in styles such as sweet stout (milk stout). The 25 kg bag suits breweries and others who use large quantities.

Storage and allergens
Keeps for at least 2 years from the production date when stored in the original bag in a cool, dry place, at max. 25 °C and max. 65 % relative humidity. Lactose is a dairy product and contains the allergen milk.
