Description
LumberJack Competition Blend (MHC) – grilling pellets 9 kg
LumberJack Competition Blend (MHC) is a blend of maple, hickory and cherry. It balances sweet fruitwood smoke with traditional BBQ flavour and suits everything from beef and pork to chicken, fish and vegetables.
The pellets are made in the USA from whole trees, not from by-products or sawdust. That gives real, full flavour from the whole wood, which is especially noticeable with hickory, giving a deeper aroma than pellets made from shavings. LumberJack makes the pellets in its own facilities where the whole process, from tree to finished pellet, is monitored, so the wood fibre is clean and untreated with no additives.
The pellets work in both pellet grills and smokers, whether you are slow-smoking brisket or grilling vegetables with a real wood-fired aroma.
