M-Grills M16 Cookoff Grill – stainless steel charcoal grill with temperature control
The M16 from M-Grills is a handmade charcoal grill in AISI 304 stainless steel with a 2.5 mm wall thickness (12 gauge). Do not let the elegant design fool you. This is no flimsy steel grill but a solid build that can take a lot, year after year. The grill is for anyone who wants precise temperature control and a grill that lasts.
The M16 is built and assembled by hand in M-Grills' own production facility in the USA. All joints are fully welded, and the lid has a heat-resistant gasket for a tight seal. The thick steel body gives even heat distribution and high heat capacity regardless of weather and temperature. That means stable grilling over long periods and low charcoal use compared with grills of a similar size.
This is the grill used in the Norwegian TV 2 series Kokkeskolen with Eivind Hellstrøm.
