Description

Handcraft Supplies Mango & Lime Hard Seltzer Pack

This kit contains the yeast, nutrients, and flavouring you need to make 19 litres / 38 pints of hard seltzer, with an alcohol content of approx. 5.2%. All you need to add is 2kg of sugar and water.

It's very easy to brew a refreshing, alcoholic hard seltzer at home. Simply ferment, add flavour, and transfer to a bottle or keg. Then, in 2-4 weeks, you can relax with the perfect summer drink that can truly be enjoyed all year round.

The kit contains:

  • Instructions
  • Yeast and yeast nutrient
  • Sweetener
  • Flavouring
  • Finings (only necessary for kegging in a Cornelius keg)

You will also need 2kg of sugar, plus priming sugar for carbonation if you are bottling.
