Description

Missing Link charcoal 8 kg – hard lump charcoal from Argentinian Quebracho Blanco

Missing Link charcoal is made from Argentinian Quebracho Blanco, an extremely hard wood. The name comes from the Spanish «quebrar hacha», meaning «axe-breaker». The result is large, dense lumps in size L–XL that give high, stable heat for a long time with very little smoke. The charcoal suits restaurant grills, competition grilling and anyone who wants to grill at high heat at home.

The charcoal is made the traditional way through 10–12 days of slow pyrolysis. This gives a high carbon content and a clean burn.
