The Plancha griddle plate is designed with three sides, so you avoid pushing food over the edge. In addition, it has an angled surface that drains away excess fat while you cook, and the raised edge reduces spills and prevents fat and liquids from dripping into the grill.
This Plancha griddle plate is designed as a drop-in, meaning it perfectly replaces a grill grate in all Napoleon Prestige®, Prestige PRO™, and Built-In 700 models. It can also be used in other grills by placing it on top of the grill grate.
