Napoleon Plancha, Drop-In – griddle in enamelled cast iron
The plancha is a griddle for the grill, made for smash burgers, butter-fried vegetables or a hearty brunch. It is made of porcelain-enamelled cast iron, and the glossy surface gives a good non-stick effect.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
The griddle has edges on three sides, so you avoid pushing food over the edge. The surface is angled so excess fat drains away while you cook, and the raised edge reduces spills and keeps fat and liquids from dripping into the grill.
The plancha is designed as a drop-in and replaces a cooking grid in all Napoleon Prestige®, Prestige PRO™ and Built-In 700 models. It can also be used in other grills by placing it on top of the cooking grid.

Which grills does the Plancha fit?
It replaces a cooking grid in all Napoleon Prestige®, Prestige PRO™ and Built-In 700 models. On other grills it can be placed on top of the cooking grid.
How do I clean the griddle?
Napoleon recommends hand washing with warm water.
What can I cook on a plancha?
Anything that cooks best on a flat, hot surface, such as smash burgers, vegetables, eggs and bacon.
