This model is part of Napoleon's Connected series, which takes grilling to a new level. On the side shelf, you'll find an integrated digital LCD display with three included meat thermometers, allowing you to easily monitor the core temperature of your food. In addition, the temperature is measured directly at the cooking grids for even more precise control. Via the Napoleon Home app, connected with WiFi and Bluetooth, you can follow the grilling in real-time, set alarms, timers, and get useful grilling tips directly from your mobile.
The grill is also equipped with a digital fuel gauge, which shows you exactly how much gas is left in the cylinder, both on the screen and in the app. This way, you avoid unpleasant surprises in the middle of your grilling session.
With a spacious main grilling area of 71 × 46 cm and four main burners in 304 stainless steel, the Prestige® 500 opens up a wide range of grilling methods. The burners are lit with the upgraded JETFIRE™ 2.0 ignition system, which provides fast, safe, and reliable ignition.
WAVE™ Cooking Grids
The iconic WAVE™ cooking grids in cast stainless steel combine the heat retention of cast iron with the superior durability and easy maintenance of stainless steel. The Phantom edition also includes a multi-functional cooking grid, offering even more possibilities for creative grilling.
For rotisserie enthusiasts, the infrared rear burner delivers powerful and even heat, and the extra high lid allows you to use the rotisserie without removing the cooking grids. This way, you can grill on the grids while preparing succulent rotisserie dishes.
SIZZLE ZONE
The legendary SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner provides extreme heat of up to 800 °C in just 30 seconds, perfect for searing the surface of meat and preserving juices and flavor. At the same time, it can be adjusted down and used as a traditional side burner for sauces, potatoes, or side dishes. In the Prestige® 500 Connected, the heating element covers the entire cooking grid area for maximum effect.
Operation is both intuitive and safe, with NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs that glow blue in the dark, and SAFETY GLOW™, which changes to red when one or more burners are lit. The brightness can also be adjusted directly in the app.
