The Napoleon Prestige® 500 Phantom™ Connected is a gas grill from Canadian manufacturer Napoleon for grill enthusiasts who want both technology and performance. The whole grill has a matte black Phantom finish.
Please note: This product is only available in Norway.
The model is part of Napoleon’s Connected series. The side shelf has a digital LCD display with three included meat probes, so you can follow the core temperature of the food. The temperature is also measured at the cooking grids. With the Napoleon Home app, connected via WiFi and Bluetooth, you can follow the cook in real time, set alarms and timers and get grilling tips on your phone.
A digital tank gauge shows how much gas is left in the cylinder, both on the display and in the app. The main cooking area is 71 × 46 cm, and the four main burners are made of 304 stainless steel. The burners light with the JETFIRE™ 2.0 ignition system.
WAVE™ cooking grids and rotisserie
The WAVE™ cooking grids in cast stainless steel combine the heat retention of cast iron with the durability and easy care of stainless steel. The Phantom edition also includes a multi-functional grid. The infrared rear burner gives strong, even heat for rotisserie cooking, and the high lid lets you use the rotisserie without removing the cooking grids.
SIZZLE ZONE™
The SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner reaches up to 800°C in 30 seconds, so you can sear the surface of meat. It can also be turned down and used as a regular side burner for sauces, potatoes or sides. On the Prestige® 500 Connected, the heating element covers the whole grid area.
The NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs glow blue in the dark, and SAFETY GLOW™ changes to red when one or more burners are lit. The brightness can be adjusted in the app.
