Novax 20 B pump – food-grade pump for beer, wort and wine

A high-quality, food-grade pump without bypass for low-viscosity liquids such as water, wort, beer and wine, at temperatures up to 95 °C. It is a good option for pumping beer between tanks or from tank to keg when pressure or CO2 cannot be used. The pump is designed and made by Rover Pompe in Italy.

• Special hydraulic geometry that lets the pump work well even with air bubbles in the liquid
• Self-priming: the pump draws once the pump housing is filled with liquid through one of the hose connectors

Yes. The pump handles liquids at temperatures up to 95 °C.

Does the pump need filling before starting?

Yes. The pump is self-priming once the pump housing has been filled with liquid through one of the hose connectors. It must never run dry.

Avoid aggressive agents such as caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide. Choose a milder cleaner intended for brewing equipment.

Can the pump pump in both directions?

Yes. The Novax 20 B has dual rotation direction as standard, so you can reverse the flow.
