Novax 30 B pump for hot liquids - 5000 liters per hour
A high-quality, food-grade pump, without by-pass, for low-viscosity liquids such as water, wort/beer, wine, etc., with temperatures up to 95°C. Very powerful and therefore particularly well suited for CIP cleaning, or for example for pumping beer between tanks.
The pump is equipped with double rotation direction as standard, with a high-efficiency motor designed for continuous operation. The special hydraulic geometry allows the pump to function well even with air bubbles in the liquid.
How to use the pump
The pump is self-priming and achieves suction capacity simply by filling the pump housing with liquid through one of the hose connections.
Important: Do not use aggressive cleaning agents such as caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, etc. Do not run the pump dry.

Converting to Tri-Clamp
With our specially developed tri-clamp adapter, you can replace the somewhat impractical 30mm hose nozzles with tri-clamp connections, giving you significantly better flexibility in terms of the type of hoses or pipes you wish to use.

Can I use the pump for CIP cleaning?

Does the pump need priming before start-up?
The pump is self-priming. Fill the pump housing with liquid through one of the hose connections and it will draw by itself. Never run it dry.
Can the pump run in both directions?
Yes. The pump has two directions of rotation as standard.
Can I connect Tri-Clamp instead of hose barbs?
Yes. With our Tri-Clamp adapter you replace the 30 mm hose barbs with Tri-Clamp connections.
