Beer line kit for dispensing beer from kegs
A complete beer line kit for dispensing beer from ball lock cornelius kegs. The kit has a thin, foam-reducing LDPE hose with 3 mm inner diameter (3/16" outer diameter) and 1.2 metres long. The thin hose adds resistance and pressure drop, and reduces foam when you pour. This is our clear recommendation if you pour with a picnic tap and want to avoid too much foam.
All fittings are push-fit, so assembly, disassembly and cleaning are quick, with no hose clamps. The picnic tap has a 1/4" stem for push-fit fittings and is compatible with John Guest push-fit.

Frequently asked questions about the foam-reducing beer line kit
Why does my beer foam when I pour?
Common causes are too high pressure, lines that are too short or too wide, warm beer or a warm tap, a blocked dip tube or over-carbonated beer. A thin, foam-reducing hose adds resistance and gives less foam.
What pressure should I serve at?
A serving pressure of around 0.8 bar works on most systems.
Does the kit fit all cornelius kegs?
The kit has a ball lock disconnect and fits cornelius kegs with ball lock posts.
How do I keep the line kit clean?
Clean the tap and line every time you change kegs. The push-fit fittings make the kit easy to take apart.
