PEGAS Neo Classic Max
The Pegas Neo Classic Max (formerly called Evolution) is an advanced, yet affordable counter-pressure filler for environmentally friendly PET bottles, which also preserves the taste and quality of the carbonated content. Foamless filling reduces waste to as little as 2-0%.

Food grade quality - Why choose PEGAS?
Beer is reactive, meaning chemicals from plastic and parts can be absorbed if high-quality, food-grade materials are not used. PEGAS is manufactured exclusively from certified components/materials that are food-approved and permitted for use with highly reactive products such as beer.
Cleaning
Daily cleaning of the system is important to prevent clogging and accumulation of bacterial residues. We recommend daily flushing with hot water (50-60°C) for 4-5 minutes per beer line. The use of Star San or similar acid-based disinfectant should only be external, for example, around silicone gaskets/filling heads and the inside of the PVC housing on CrafTap 3.0 and CrafTap SMART. Starsan should not be used to rinse beer lines as the alkaline values can strip coatings and cause permanent damage. We recommend using Pipeline for cleaning beer lines in the same way as tap lines are cleaned in bars etc. The use of Pipeline should be done approximately every 14 days and dosed as described by the manufacturer. Incorrect or poor maintenance of the units may result in forfeiture of warranty/claims.
