Pilsner Lite 20L Fresh Wort Kit - Low-Carb Pilsner in 3 Days

Pilsner Lite is a modern fresh wort kit developed for those who want a light, dry, and refreshing low-carb beer – ready in record time. You get 20 liters of pre-brewed wort based on pilsner malt and classic Saaz hops, while you easily handle the fermentation yourself at home.

The kit comes with High Voltage dry yeast (kveik) from WHC Lab, which provides extremely fast and efficient fermentation.

Low Residual Sugar with Glucoamylase

The wort contains glucoamylase, which breaks down dextrins into fermentable sugars. Together with kveik's efficient fermentation, this results in very high attenuation and minimal residual sugar – leading to a beer with lower carbohydrate content, a light body, and a dry finish. The result is a beer with a lean and modern profile.

Crisp and Refreshing Flavor Profile

Brewed with classic Saaz hops, the beer has a subtle and balanced hop character, with a crisp and clean mouthfeel, light body, and dry finish. Its fresh and refreshing character, combined with a discreet herbal bitterness, makes this an easy-drinking beer suitable for most settings.
