Description
When filling the PolyKeg, it is recommended to apply a counter pressure of up to 0.5 bar between the keg and the bag after filling. This offers the following advantages compared to other kegs on the market:
- A constant pressure against the bag prevents CO2 from escaping the beer, which occurs with increased temperature or shaking, and creates foam and partial oxidation.
- You avoid beer drips between the bag and the keg after filling. If this happens, the bag is not damaged, but it has an aesthetic effect.
