Reaper Racha is PuckerButt Pepper Company's take on classic sriracha, made with a massive dose of Carolina Reaper. The sauce has a tomato-based flavour and an intense kick that brings both heat and body. It is not for the faint of heart.
Use it as a dip with ranch dressing for burritos, quesadillas and tacos, or as a powerful flavour booster in Asian dishes.
