A limited edition in Winexpert's Reserve range (Premium): a classic Merlot from Niagara, where long growing seasons and the moderating influence of the lakes give ripe grapes. The wine has flavours of black raspberry and cherry, with hints of sweet spice, soft vanilla and velvety tannins.
Like the other Reserve kits, it makes about 23 litres of finished wine (30 × 750 ml), and the wine is ready for bottling after 6 weeks.
