The wort is 100% pre-brewed, water-adjusted, and ready for fermentation, delivered in a 20L Bag-in-Box with yeast and instructions.

The brewing process takes only a few minutes: Disinfect the equipment, transfer the wort to the fermenter, and add the yeast. After 10–14 days of fermentation, the beer is transferred directly to a keg and carbonated with CO2. You can carbonate slowly over 7 days, or force carbonate and serve on the same day.
