How do I fit an ear clamp?
Slide the clamp over the hose, push the hose onto the barb and position the clamp over the barb. Squeeze the ear with ear clamp pliers until the clamp is tight.
Can the clamp be reused?
No. Once the ear is crimped, the clamp is fixed. It has to be cut off and replaced with a new one.
Which size should I choose?
The clamp must fit around the hose when it sits on the barb. Measure the outer diameter of the hose on the barb and choose the nearest size above.
