Hose barb with 1" FPT female thread at one end and a 20 mm barb for tubing at the other. It is made of 304 stainless steel and connects tubing to valves, taps and other parts with 1" male thread.

What does FPT mean?
FPT stands for female pipe thread, i.e. internal pipe thread to the American NPT standard. The barb screws onto a part with external thread of the same size.
How do I get the threads to seal?
NPT threads are tapered and seal when tightened. Use thread tape, such as PTFE tape, on the male threads to make sure the connection is tight.
Which tubing fits?
The barb is 20 mm and fits tubing with a matching inner diameter. Secure the tubing with a hose clamp.
