Château Special Belgium, often called Special B, is a dark Belgian malt from Castle Malting. It is made through a specific double roasting process and gives the beer a deep red to dark brown-black colour, fuller body and a distinctive raisin-like flavour. This 25 kg sack suits breweries.

Malt sold by weight (100 g, 20 kg and 25 kg) is currently not available for delivery to Sweden. Malt extract and beer kits can be ordered as usual.

• Colour: 300 EBC (113.7 Lovibond)
• Adds a lot of colour and a raisin-like flavour
• Rich malty taste with a hint of nut and plum
• May replace Chocolate and Black malt when their bitterness is not wanted
• Usage: up to 10% of the grist
