A replacement gasket for the malt pipe on the Speidel Braumeister 500L (BM500). The gasket seals between the malt pipe and the kettle, so the recirculated wort passes through the grain bed rather than around it. A worn gasket can lower efficiency and give cloudy wort, so it is worth keeping a spare.
