Starter Kit Deluxe – complete equipment for all-grain brewing
Starter Kit Deluxe is a complete starter kit designed for all-grain brewing, whether you brew with a brewing system or in a pot. The kit covers fermentation, cleaning, bottling and measuring equipment.
In addition to everything in the Starter Kit Premium, you get a refractometer, Inkbird temperature controller, blue-cap bottle for rehydrating dry yeast and sterilising priming sugar solution, a bottle rinser and a bottle drying rack. The standard bench capper has been replaced with the sturdy Doc Revolution bottle capper, which makes bottling a little easier.

What is the difference between Starter Kit Deluxe and Starter Kit Premium?
Deluxe includes everything in Starter Kit Premium, plus a refractometer, Inkbird ITC-308 temperature controller, 500 ml borosilicate bottle, bottle rinser and bottle drying rack. The capper is also upgraded to the Doc Revolution.
Are ingredients for the first brew included?
No, the kit is equipment only. Malt, hops and yeast, or a complete beer kit, are sold separately.
What is the refractometer used for?
A refractometer measures the sugar content of the wort from just a few drops, for example during the mash and before fermentation. Once fermentation has started, alcohol affects the reading, so the hydrometer is then the simplest tool.
What does the temperature controller do?
The Inkbird ITC-308 sits between the wall socket and a heating or cooling device, such as a heat belt or a fridge. It switches the power on and off so fermentation stays at the temperature you set.
