Description
Sucklebusters Clucker Dust BBQ Rub – sweet BBQ rub with chipotle for chicken
Sucklebusters Clucker Dust BBQ Rub is for anyone who wants extra flavour on chicken. The container holds 404 g, and the blend balances sweetness, salt, chili and smoked jalapeño, also known as chipotle.
The flavour is sweet, juicy and lightly smoky, with medium heat that gives enough warmth without overpowering the meat. Clucker Dust is especially good on chicken wings, chicken breast, whole chicken and turkey, but can also be used on other light meats where you want a good BBQ profile.
Sprinkle the rub directly on the meat before grilling, smoking or roasting. You can also mix it with a little oil for a marinade, or use it to season sauces and glazes.
