Description
Sucklebusters Hog Waller Pork Rub 390 g – sweet and salty BBQ rub for pork
Sucklebusters Hog Waller Pork Rub is made for pork and works well when you want to lift ribs, pulled pork, pork neck, chops and other BBQ meats.
The rub combines sea salt, raw sugar, brown sugar, chili pepper and spices in a balanced blend that gives sweetness, body and a lightly spiced touch. It brings out the flavour of the pork without overpowering it.
When grilling, smoking or roasting, the sugar helps caramelise the surface into a tasty crust, while the spices add depth and warmth. Hog Waller is especially well suited to low & slow BBQ, where it helps build a good bark and keep the meat juicy.
The product is MSG-free and naturally gluten-free.
