This Fresh Wort Kit contains 20 liters of finished, professionally brewed wort from Austmann Bryggeri – 100% ready for fermentation without adding water.
The malt base gives the beer a light and golden character, with a soft body and a natural freshness that makes it extremely easy to drink. The wheat content contributes to a classic, slightly hazy appearance and a pleasant mouthfeel.

Our Fresh Wort Kits contain 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Bryggeri, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the goal of providing our customers with the absolute highest quality to produce perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled into Bag In Box using a high-tech filling machine. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort.
The wort is 100% ready for use, and clarifying agent and yeast nutrients are added during boiling. In our fresh wort kits, you do not need to top up with water (as this can compromise quality and cause infection), so simply pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
