Sunset Sipper IPA is a classic West Coast IPA with perfect bitterness and a juicy mouthfeel, hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe, providing an exquisite character of citrus and tropical fruits, and hints of herbs. The wort is optimally water-adjusted to give you the best taste experience, and includes hops, fining agents, and yeast nutrients. Hops for dry hopping during fermentation are also included.

Our Fresh Wort Kits contain 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Brewery, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the aim of providing our customers the absolute highest quality to produce a perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled into Bag In Box using a high-tech filling machine. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort. The wort is 100% ready to use, and fining agents and yeast nutrients are added during the boil. You do not need to top up with water, so simply pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
